Pennsylvania MMR vaccination rates were collected from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Immunization records are reported to the state by schools at Kindergarten and 7th grades. We found 13% of schools fall below the 95% threshold that state health officials say is critical for herd protection. In Pennsylvania, exemptions are issued for religious, medical and philosophical reasons.

New Jersey: vaccination rates were collected from New Jersey Department of Health which collects and reports county level data. Action News populated and sorted the data to determine general vaccination rates at all school levels including Pre-K, Elementary and Middle School. We found 33% of the schools fall below the 95% threshold that health officials say is critical for herd protection. New Jersey allows exemptions for religious and medical reasons. Disclaimer: Some school vaccination rates were unable to be populated.

Delaware was unable to provide data broken down by school or school district level.

Delaware Public Health provided this link that shows a wider state view on school immunization rates. Delaware allows exemptions for religious and medical reasons.
