Are you interested in having a member of the ABC11 team emcee an event, participate on a panel, or visit your school? If so, please read the submission deadlines below to ensure your request consideration. Note: For various reasons not all requests can be accommodated and are subject to final approval.

For events falling in April and May: please submit form by February 3
(You will receive final notification by March 6)

For events falling in June and July: please submit form by April 7
(You will receive final notification by May 8)

For events falling in August and September: please submit form by June 2
(You will receive final notification by July 3)

For events falling in October and November: please submit form by August 4
(You will receive final notification by September 1)

For events falling in December and January 2018: please submit form by October 6
(You will receive final notification by November 6)

For events falling in February and March 2018: please submit form by November 27
(You will receive final notification by December 18)
