Billy Flanigan is a graduate from the Boston Conservatory of Music where
he received a BFA in Musical Theater. After graduation, Billy was hired by
Walt Disney World where he continues to perform today. Billy has been
seen in such shows as Tarzan Rocks, Broadway at the Top, The Hoop Dee
Doo Revue and currently performs in Finding Nemo the Musical. Perhaps
his claim to fame at Disney was when he played Barbie’s beau, Ken in the
Magical World of Barbie.
Billy has become a regular at Philadelphia’s 6ABC/Dunkin’ Donut’s
Thanksgiving Day Parade where he sings and entertains the crowds
throughout the parade.
The big and small screens are no strangers to Billy as he has appeared in the
feature film Dream Trap and television shows such as Superboy, Keenen
and Kel and HBO’s From The Earth To The Moon. Billy has even been seen
showing his pearly whites in an Aquafresh commercial.

Ms. Simmons is a multifaceted entertainer. She has captivated audiences with her unique style of Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Classical, and Broadway genres for more than 25 years. She honed her skills and received her Bachelor of Music from Florida International University, Miami, Florida.
DaVonda Simmons has headlined in some of Florida’s hottest entertainment venues. In the Miami area, she has performed at the Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel, the famous Forge Restaurant, and O’Hara’s Jazz Club, to name a few. Most recently her appearances have included The Grand Bohemian Hotel, The Peabody Orlando, The Blue Zoo, City Jazz at Universal Studios, the Blue Martini in Tampa, Florida, Hyatt Hotel Orlando and Sapphire Falls Hotel Orlando, Florida.
Ms. Simmons’ experience as an all-around entertainer has contributed to her success and extensive work for the Walt Disney World Company. She has appeared as a principal performer and special guest artist for Walt Disney Entertainment for more than 20 years. She has had the pleasure of being the opening act for such greats as Joe Williams, Diane Schuur, Marvin Hamlisch, Lionel Hampton, Arturo Sandoval, Chuck Mangione, Rosemary Clooney, Della Reese, Nell Carter, Rita Moreno, Carol Channing, and many others. She also appeared with John Davidson in Disney’s Christmas Day Parade. Ms. Simmons performs as a recurring special guest artist on the ABC Network for Philadelphia’s Fourth of July and the ABC 6/Dunkin Donuts Thanksgiving Day parades, as well as, The National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade in Washington D.C. During the 2004 Daytona 500 Pre-Race Show, she had the privilege of performing the opening production for the President of the United States.
Ms. Simmons’ abilities to tailor her shows has led to numerous convention performances for major clients such as IBM, Pfizer, Lockheed Martin, BankAtlantic, and others. In addition, she currently produces, directs, and is a principal performer in one of Central Florida’s hottest gospel ensembles. She has recorded voice-over performances for Visa USA, Reading Is Fundamental Foundation, Charisma Productions, Walt Disney World Company, and The Children’s Television Network. She is also the May 1998 winner of the nationally televised “ShowTime at the Apollo.” Presently, Ms. Simmons is appearing as a principal in “The Dooley and Pals Show,” a syndicated children’s television show airing on PBS and TBN.
She has made frequent worldwide appearances as a headline entertainer aboard the many ships operated by Cunard Crown Cruise Line. In her one-woman show, Ms. Simmons takes audiences on a musical journey that includes the nostalgia of the Swing Era, the pop sounds of Motown R&B, and favorite Broadway showstoppers.
As a studio vocalist, Ms. Simmons’ rich dynamic voice has been heard on pop albums, gospel CDs, and commercial jingles for more than 20 years. She has sung back-up vocals on recordings for artist such as Vanessa L. Williams, Jermaine Jackson, Expose’, Gloria Estefan, and Irene Cara. Most recently, her vocal talents can be heard in “Zarkana”, a Cirque du Soleil production. She has recorded various commercial and promotional jingles for Chevrolet, Lynx, Magic 107FM, Disney - MGM Studios, Disney Institute, and Amscot, to name a few.
Ms. Simmons’ received rave reviews for her musical theatre performances as Effie White in Dreamgirls at the Burt Reynolds Jupiter Theatre in Jupiter Florida, and principal roles in shows such as Sweet Charity, The Wiz, The Festival Of The Lion King and Menopause the Musical.
Minister Andrew Williams, Philadelphia, PA
Prophetic, Anointed and Relevant! All of these adjectives describe Philadelphia’s own Minister
Andrew Williams, yet they pale in comparison to the reality of his sincerity, command of the art
and love of Gods people. He is a gifted gospel singer, choir director, and Spirit led Praise &
Andrew has been singing and ministering to people since his childhood. The younger brother of
national recording artists, “The Williams Sisters,” began honing his skills during his tenure as the
director of the West Philadelphia High School Gospel Choir. His desire to pursue excellence
motivated him to form the group that would later become known as “Minister Andrew Williams
& Pure Worship”. The group released their first demo, “Worthy of the Praise” on July 10, 2009
to high critical acclaim. Since that time, God has showered his ministry with favor all over the
nation. He credits the powerful ministry of Apostle Dr. C.L. White with his continued success
and has chosen John 4:24 as the theme of his ministry. It reads, “God is a spirit” and they that
worship him, must worship him in spirit and in truth”.
Minister Williams is a member of the Praise and Glory Tabernacle Family Worship Center
where Pastor Phillip Whiteside is instrumental in helping him to mature and grow spiritually.
Min. Williams has shared the stage with many gospel artists such as Marquia Brooks, Treena and
Tameka Ferebee and James Lewis, as well as opening for gospel music luminaries such as
Prophet Dr. Todd Hall, VaShawn Mitchell, Earnest Pugh, Tracy Shy, Jason Nelson and many
more. He has made numerous television appearances and worked relentlessly in many recording

Minister Williams made an appearance before 10,000 people in Baton Rouge Louisiana at the
Southern University Mini-Dome for their night of restoration for Hurricane Sandy.
Minister Williams is thankful for what his parents, Pastor and Mrs. James Williams of The
Temple of Christ Church, constantly and consistently instilled in him, “…although people may
love your great voice, you must sing for God and not personal gain. Live what you sing!”
In May, 2011, Min. Williams released his first EP entitled “Prophetic Flow.” In 2013, Williams
initiated his first live recording in Philadelphia, PA and is set to release his new CD entitled
“Here I Am” June 3, 2017.

Cecilia Petrush is a 17 year old Senior Honor Roll student at Franklin Regional High
School in Murrysville. Ceci, formerly Miss Laurel Highland’s Outstanding Teen, was crowned
Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen in June of this year. At the Pennsylvania State pageant in
Pittsburgh, Ceci was awarded the Interview Award, Evening Gown/On-Stage Question Award
and was one of the top three fundraisers for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Ceci competed in the national Miss America’s Outstanding Teen competition in Orlando,
Florida this past July. She was awarded First Runner-Up to Miss America’s Outstanding Teen,
was a Preliminary Talent award winner, Vocalist Award winner and Ad Sales winner. Nationally,
Team Pennsylvania was second place among states in Children’s Miracle Network Hospital
Fundraising. Ceci will continue to spend her year of service promoting her personal platform
“Refashioning Lives: What You Can Spare, They Can Wear.”
Through the Miss Pennsylvania and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organizations,
Cecilia has been awarded over $20,000 in scholarships that will assist her in financing her
college education where she plans to major in Musical Theatre.

Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus
First formed by a group of men Christmas caroling locally in 1981, the Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus (PGMC) has grown to 140+ active TTBB (Tenor 1, Tenor 2, Baritone, Bass) chorus members, and has steadily increased its visibility within the LGBTQ+ community and among Philadelphia arts organizations. The season includes three main stage productions in December, March, and May. In addition, the Chorus performs at cabarets, fundraisers, and other community events throughout the year. The select ensemble Brotherly Love (BROLO) performs at other concerts and community outreach events throughout the year. PGMC’s repertoire includes a broad range of styles, including music from the 17th century to the present -- spirituals, sacred music, holiday tunes, love ballads, comic pieces, pop and rock songs, Broadway and Hollywood tunes, opera choruses, folk songs from around the world, the latest LGBT empowerment music and other commissioned LGBT works.
PGMC has performed in Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Academy of Music, Prince Theater, and Arden Theater. Additionally, PGMC has sung with stars like Jennifer Holliday, Sandy Duncan and Jason Bateman, Juanita Holiday, Margaret Cho and Andrea McArdle. The Chorus has been awarded the 2016 Human and Civil Rights Award at the Pennsylvania State Education Association Celebrating Excellence Awards, as well as selected for the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund’s Non-Profit Hero Award in 2017.
